FREE Physical and Emotional Self Defense Program for Teens
This will be an 11-week commitment on Thursdays from 6-8 pm Edgerly Building Gym and Cafeteria (3 Otis St), starting January 9th through March 27th! This is FREE for female and non-male teens, 12-18 years old. We will be providing free dinners from local restaurants to participants between 6-6:30 pm. Teens must be registered through MyRec for a free teen program membership to get dinner, but this is free!
